Scopefirst is a freelance kickoff pack: discovery, scope, a three-band estimate, the message you send the client, and a change-request sheet. A filled clinic example shows what a finished kickoff looks like. Fill the blanks, send them, then ship.
The problem
Freelance projects stall when the client never sees a written scope. Chat threads replace a signed one-pager, estimates live in your head, and change requests arrive as "quick" extras with no paper trail. You lose days clarifying work you already explained.
The solution
Scopefirst is a kickoff pack you fill once: discovery questions, a scope one-pager, three-band estimates with a deposit line, the client message, and a change-request sheet. A filled clinic example shows what done looks like so you are not inventing the format under pressure.
How I built it
Markdown templates plus a portfolio product page with direct and Gumroad checkout. Files ship as a zip from /downloads. No account required to buy; the value is the ritual and the filled example, not a SaaS login.
